When you submit a booking request or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and any special requests you include.

2. Payment Information

If you make a payment through this site, your card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe (and, in the future, PayPal). We do not receive, see, or store your full card number on our servers — only confirmation that a payment was made.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To review and respond to your booking or contact request.
• To send you booking confirmations and communicate about your stay.
• To process payments you choose to make through this site.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate this site: Resend to deliver booking notification emails, and Stripe (and in the future PayPal) to process payments. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the data they handle on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your reservation and comply with our record-keeping obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing Bookings@MedellinOasis.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
